Cheryl O'Grady, Cedar House Director

I have worked in the health field since the age of 13. I would care for my aunt, who was very ill. At 19, I became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and started working in nursing homes.

I have been with Mountain Springs Senior Care for six years. I started as a Resident's Assistant and then became a Med Tech. I currently am the Cedar House Director, I love what I do and learn each day about the residents and myself. Health Services is very challenging. Love and affection is an important part of senior health. It is not always easy to get the residents to take their medications correctly and I do not want to ever let them down. I consider myself a frustrated perfectionist.

My husband and I are raising four teenage children.
