Are pets allowed?
Yes. At Mountain Springs, we believe pets are great therapy. Cats, small dogs, and birds are approved and allowed on an individual basis. Residents must be able to properly care for the animal as our staff will not be able to provide pet services. A nominal monthly fee will be applied to house the pet.

Are the rooms furnished?
They can be furnished with items you need (bed, dresser, chair, etc.). You are also welcome to bring in your own personal items.

Does insurance cover it?
Long term care insurance may cover the costs but Medicare does not cover the costs.

What do I need to move in?

• Physician assessment/HMP
• TB test within the last year
• Current prescriptions and orders
• Copies of ID cards and insurance cards
• Completion of Mountain Springs Assisted Living move in Paperwork
